1-to-1 coaching
Executive and Personal Coaching
I offer a complimentary 30 minute discovery session for potential new clients to discuss how coaching may benefit you. This session allows you to get to know me and my coaching style, while I gain insight into how I can assist you on your journey.
Sessions can be conducted in person (currently based between Hong Kong and Singapore) or virtually via Zoom, depending on your preference and location.
Gift a Session
Looking for a unique gift? Consider gifting coaching sessions! The complimentary 30-minute session can be utilised by the gifter to determine to if coaching with me would be suitable as a gift, or included as part of the coaching package to the recipient.
Leadership Circle Profile ™ (LCP)
360 leadership assessment based on the Universal Model of Leadership™
The LCP is the first 360 degree feedback tool that is based on academic research on effective leadership and adult development theory. It connects our leadership competencies with non-conscious and motivating habits of thought.

As an LCP Certified Practitioner, I use the tool with clients to identify patterns of action and internal assumptions that drive behaviour impacting how effectively they are experienced as a leader.
Using the LCP alongside coaching, you'll receive tailored insights and practical steps to enhance your leadership skills and effectiveness.
Pro-bono coaching
Coaching should be accessible to everyone
I offer pro-bono sessions depending on several factors including financial and social ability.
I do however request a donation be made to a charity (of any amount you choose and can afford) in exchange.

Peer coaching
Grow with me
I regularly engage in peer coaching where I give and receive coaching from other coaches so that I can continue to develop my practice, experience new styles/tools/approaches and get feedback on what I am doing well and where I can grow.

Empathy Box
Deeper conversations in a group setting
The Empathy Box (developed by Tribeless) utilises cards to facilitate deeper conversations within a group setting. It is an effective tool to share your emotions in a non-judgmental environment and welcome perspectives from those of strangers or people already in your life.
This is particularly impactful in this time of social distancing to enable support, empathy and connection.
